Harris J. Berman holds a B.A. from the University of Louisville, and M.A. from the University of Kentucky, a Certificate in Public Administration from the Universities of Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky and a J.D. from the University of Louisville School of Law. Harris J. Berman was a Ford Foundation Scholar and a Fellow in the Southern Regional Training Program. He is licensed to practice in all of the courts of the State of Kentucky, the United States Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. Harris Berman is a member of the AARP, Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, National Organization of Society Security Claimant Representatives, American Trial Lawyers Association and Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys.
